What Angel comes back for
The plates that made the Brighton room busy, cooked the same way two minutes from the tube.
Just off Upper Street, two minutes from Angel
We are at 9 White Lion Street, just off Upper Street and around two minutes on foot from Angel station. Chapel Market is at the other end of the road and Camden Passage is a couple of streets over, which makes us the short walk between browsing and eating.
It is a theatre-and-dinner part of London, and the kitchen is set up for it: we serve every day from midday to 11pm, so an early plate before the Almeida or Sadler's Wells works as well as a long table afterwards.
Getting here

- Buses along Upper Street stop a minute from the door.
- One stop from King's Cross St Pancras, one from Old Street.
